hen I joined the SLS Program, I thought it was just about organizing. I couldn’t have been more wrong.
One day, Henry said, “You lose what you no longer value.” That line hit me hard. I realized I was living like my things—and my time—didn’t matter. My closet was chaos, my car looked like a moving storage unit, and my energy was scattered.
Then I started practicing Step One: Valuing Possessions. I began treating every item as something entrusted to me. Folding my clothes carefully felt like an act of self-respect. Keeping my keys in one place made me feel in control.
And as strange as it sounds, my confidence returned. When I started caring for my things, I started caring for myself.
I used to think “value” was a price tag. Now I know it’s a mindset. The SLS Program didn’t just teach me organization—it taught me appreciation.
„Lesson: When you rediscover your value, everything you touch gains worth too.”
