The HENRY SLS Program

Hi, I’m Henry, and I created the HENRY SLS Program after living through loss myself. I’ve misplaced important things, lost time, and even moments of peace—and I know how heavy that feels. Those experiences drove me to understand why we lose things and how to stop the cycle.

I later conducted a week-long study with over 20 participants—children, adults, and caregivers. The outcome was powerful: a 30% drop in lost items and an 85% improvement in daily routines. Even more striking was how people felt—calmer, clearer, and more confident

The program follows three guiding principles:

  • Value of Things – learning to appreciate and care for what we have.
  • Value of You – realizing that order starts with self-worth.
  • Practical Steps – small, repeatable actions that build peace and focus
