I
used to think order was overrated. My mantra was “organized chaos.” That was, until I couldn’t find my passport the night before a flight.
That panic was my turning point. I joined the SLS Program out of desperation.
What surprised me most wasn’t how quickly I got organized—but how peaceful it felt to pay attention to small things. Making my bed, hanging my keys, labeling my folders—these were small acts, but they grounded me.
Henry’s words echoed: “Every act of care is a statement of worth.”
Now, my mornings begin with gratitude and end with calm. The small things truly hold the power to reshape big things.
